As time permits, I will publish several simple designs here.
These will include: Lubricators Valves Pumps Stationary engines, Tools
And possibly more. At the present time I am re-drawing my old sketches in CAD to go here. At the same time, I am changing them to metric to reflect the availability of materials today.
In addition, other model engineers have kindly supplied drawings which they have allowed me to publish here. My grateful thanks to the people concerned.
Two gadgets for the workshop. Like many old ideas, these are simple, work, and save time and effort. Two devices that I made many years ago and would not be without. Ideal for the novice or anyone who has not yet made them. As they might be made by novices, I have included detailed instructions, which will probably be superfluous to those with experience
BAR CENTRE FINDER. Everyone must, at some time, have drilled a hole through a piece of bar and then found that it is not central. Very annoying! This little gadget overcomes that problem. Such a simple thing that it hardly needs a drawing, and can be made in just a few minutes, but the time it will save amply repays the effort of making it. DRAWING AND DESCRIPTION
