The series of screws for lens flange fittings ranges from 1" diameter upwards.
For screws less than 1" diameter, the Royal Microscopical Societies Standard is adopted.

All other screws fitted to cameras should be either 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", or 3/8" Whitworth.
