Where to go for more information?
What are the relevant magazines?
Which suppliers do I use?

Although there is a lot of information available on the Internet, it is still no substitute for the traditional written word.

There are many thousands of titles on Model Engineering, Steam Engines, Rail, workshop and engineering techniques.

Those I have listed are the ones that I have found useful or are of particular interest.
There are, of course, many others.

I have listed Title, Publisher and some details, and sometimes, my own comments.

By following the links, you can buy them from Amazon, often at a
substantial Discount.
(The links are duplicated to take you to Amazon UK or Amazon USA.)

Many of the most useful books are out of print, so I have also made arrangements with a major book supplier so that you can get  addition discount via these pages.
Details below.

There are several pages of books., each on a different aspect of the hobby. Click on "BOOKS" to go to the book index.
